WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

A typical class will start with an instructor led warm up to get the body ready for the session to come and a chance to move your body to some awesome tunes.  Once you're ready for action you'll pair up with gloves and pads (and don't worry you'll be shown how to deliver punches and hold pads correctly) and move through some boxing combo's interspersed with bodyweight exercises. 

WHAT DOES IT WORK?

The rotational aspect of boxing ensures that your shoulders, back, arms, obliques and core get a cracking workout and the bodyweight exercises will strengthen your legs and build your cardio. 


WILL I GET HIT?

It is a non contact session so the only thing being hit are the pads and safety is always a priority.  

WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERS LIKE?

You'll workout in a fantastic atmosphere filled with supportive and motivational individuals and all fitness levels are welcome.

HOW CAN I JOIN? 

My classes run on a PAYG basis at £9 a class or see top of page for my latest special offers and grab one while they are still in stock! 

DAYS AND TIMES

My classes are held on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings. 

Saturday mornings 9.30am to 10.30am at 14a Radford Crescent, Billericay, CM12 0DG
Thursday evenings 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Billericay School, School Road, Billericay, CM12 9LH
