We start with one exercise and end with multiple exercises - layering them together like an exercise cake! Building strength, testing your endurance and lifting, lifting, lifting. You can't eat it, but the gainz are longer lived!
Equiment - Dumbbells and a mini band or booty band if available
You wil receive a reminder email in the half hour leading up to the scheduled class time with the Zoom passcode and the following options to join.
