Returns
To return a Warrior Women product please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing jamie@warriorwomen.co. Please include your order number, what you would like to return and why you would like to return it in your email. The RMA number must be enclosed in the return parcel either written on the address label or placed inside with the return.
What can be returned: Items that are unpersonalised can be returned. All returns must be in suitable packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days or receipt of purchase. Items that are not in suitable packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in new condition to be eligible for return.
Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of purchase but shipping costs for returning products must be paid by the returnee and are not reimbursed by Warrior Women
